❤️ Alumni feedback
This is one of the best courses I've been to this year. Involvement at the top level, a skillfully combined structure with the processing of material and ownership of fixed projects at the exit. A new method of providing feedback with the involvement of the team and introspection. Professionally, my meetings with the team reached a new level; I started to conduct retros, brainstorms, and just regular meetings more effectively because I can skillfully facilitate the team, take breaks when I feel like it, and form a culture inside that reveals each of the participants.

Head of Sales
Most of all, I use check-in practices when conducting meetings, which is very useful (because before, it was more for a tick). I also use energizer practices and interventions. Previously, I paid less attention to the team's emotional state and more to the professional one. Now, the focus is gradually changing from the self to the group.

The facilitation course is an indispensable experience for my professional development. The content of the course was comprehensive, covering a wide range of essential topics and as applicable as possible. Everything was worked out with the group in practice, from mastering communication techniques to managing group dynamics and problem-solving. Constant exchange of experience and analysis of experience with colleagues provided valuable insights.
Iryna Virsta
Head of Quality Department
I used to promote my own personality more during brainstorms. But now, when I am a facilitator, my personality is not blocking the flow of ideas. I try to explain it to everyone to create a more comfortable atmosphere.
What did I get?
1. Learned to perform fantastic brainstorming sessions with the team according to all the rules of brainstorming.
2. Learned how to use energizers at daily meetings and interviews to change the group's energy.
3. Learned how to make my 1-1s with the team deeper and safer

Administrative Director
After the course, assessing a person's mood and motivation is easier. Display on 1tu1 for conversation. Many times, less boring meetings with the questions "How are you? What's new? What's the weather like?"
Evheniy Bezpalyi
Tech PM
I tried to use exercises at meets with a team and general meets, and it turned out to be very interesting and helpful (for example, changing the environment or relaxing/switching). Don't expect your facilitation training to end after this course! You will definitely want to continue learning this! I’m looking forward to new meetings with the guys with whom I studied, so that I can continue to practice.

Embarking on this course became a transformative journey for me. It wasn't just about learning facilitation techniques - it was about finding a vibrant, supportive community where I discovered the power within myself. This course provided a safe, nurturing space that encouraged me to explore various facilitation styles, embrace different roles within a group, and grow through insightful feedback.
It's like stepping into a world where every session becomes a canvas for creativity and connection, where productivity meets joy, and where the energy is palpable enough to inspire everyone involved. Big thanks for this exhilarating journey!

Originally coming from Ukraine, we have a deep understanding of what it means to facilitate groups in highly stressful environments, working with trauma, and working in polarised high-conflict communities.
We have trained a couple hundred facilitators and leaders who work in companies and NGOs and led thousands of corporate trainings, facilitations, and brainstorming sessions both offline and online.
We invite you to join us in this neverending self-exploration journey of the magnificent world of facilitation.
