I recommend the conflict course to everyone, regardless of position or age. During the classes, working with the nature of the conflict, I understood myself better and received practical, theoretical knowledge applicable to real life. The use of lecture material and role scenarios made the learning process dynamic. Many thanks to the lecturers and the group who shared their personal stories and insights!

Because conflicts is, as it turned out, the basis of human communication, and I advise everyone to take such workshops so that life in society is a little easier

I highly recommend this course for everyone — above all, knowledge and practice about conflicts and increased knowledge about yourself and the world. Mentors were wise to create an atmosphere of mutual trust and encouragement among people who did not know each other. They were able to manifest themselves without fear of being disagreeable or edgy. After the course, you will feel more aware of your own life and your behavioral patterns.

In general, I like these workshops; the only thing is that you need to be internally ready to share your stories. You can not share, but it will not be as effective. A person must believe that such things work, be willing to accept information, and not resist it.

I like the training format, and it's also very cool that the number of participants is not large, so it feels as close as possible, even to an individual class. I like the atmosphere and humor. In general, very informative, thank you)

Already after the first workshop, I advised everyone to apply before it's too late haha) It's a super cool few hours of my time every week. It's exciting, and you see progress in conflicts and generally in all aspects of life. I learned a lot about myself and understood why I or others act in one way or another.

It was a revelation like a hidden map part had been revealed to me. It turned out that conflicts are much deeper than it seems at first glance. The lecturers successfully combined theory and practice, making it possible to check the material right on the spot.
I strongly advise everyone who wants to understand what happens to a person when he enters a conflict and what to do when you are in a conflict.
